Almost one year after Louis Bardot was adopted into Sandra Bullock's life -- the little guy had his very first meeting with Santa Claus ... to ask for another Christmas miracle.

The meeting went down in Southern California earlier this month -- when Sandra and Louis rolled over to a party at the Shadow Hills Riding Club ... a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people with disabilities.

Sandra also got a face-to-face with the big guy ... wonder what she asked for this year?

Lindsay's Alleged Victim Will Refuse to Cooperate

The ex-Betty Ford staffer who claims Lindsay Lohan assaulted her earlier this month will not only drop her criminal complaint, she'll refuse to cooperate with authorities? ... TMZ has learned.

Dawn Holland, who told TMZ earlier this week how Lindsay ripped a phone from her hand causing a severe sprain, now says Lindsay should not be prosecuted.

Holland's lawyer, Keith Davidson, tells TMZ, "Dawn will not continue to press charges against Lindsay, nor will she be assisting any further in the investigation or prosecution."

And this is interesting ... we asked Davidson how his client would respond if she's subpoenaed, and he said, "She won't."

Davidson says Holland and Lindsay share a common bond -- they're both recovering addicts, Holland does not want "in any way shape or form to do anything that would violated Lindsay's probation or cause an arrest."

Davidson says, "A crime has quite simply not been committed by Ms. Lohan."

Spider-Man Stunt Guy -- Xmas in the ICU

The guy who plummeted 30-feet on Broadway in a Spider-Man costume -- breaking his elbow, some ribs, and cracking his skull -- won't be going home for X-Mas ... in fact, he'll be holed up in an ICU.

Spidey actor Christopher Tierney's dad tells TMZ, the family was set to have Christmas at home before the tragic accident earlier this week -- but now they're making arrangements to be with him at the hospital in NYC.

But all's not lost -- Tierney's dad tells us, “[Chris] cannot wait to get back into the Spidey costume … It wont be as soon as he would like but ... his spirits are high and he cannot wait to get back.”

We're told Christopher will remain in the ICU until Monday and then move on to rehab.

Lindsay Lohan: I'm The Victim!!!

Lindsay Lohan claims the Betty Ford staffer who now claims she's the victim of battery was so abusive she made Lindsay cry.

Lindsay is squarely disputing the story chemical dependency technician Dawn Holland told TMZ ... that Lindsay attacked her and caused her to sprain her arm so severely she's on workers' comp.? Lindsay says, for starters, she wasn't even with her two roommates hours before the incident.? Lindsay says she was out getting her hair done.

Lindsay is telling her friends and family, when she returned to the house, Holland grabbed her abruptly and pushed her so hard, Lindsay began to cry.

Lindsay says that's when she went inside the house and called 911.

As for refusing to take a breathalyzer, Lindsay says she actually asked Holland to give her a test but Holland refused.

Lindsay claims there were not only witnesses that saw everything ... there are surveillance cameras to prove her story.

Christy Martin -- Mum On Alleged Lesbian Affair

TMZ has learned ... Christy Martin will hold a news conference with Gloria Allred Wednesday after attending a bond hearing for the husband accused of trying to kill her ... but she won't utter a peep about reports that she was leaving him for a woman.

The Women's Boxing champ has hired Allred, although Gloria is keeping the nature of her representation a secret.

James Martin is charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery.

Gloria is making it clear ... Neither she nor Christy will comment on reports that Christy was in a lesbian relationship and planned to leave her husband for a woman.

We'll livestream the news conference after the 1:30 PM PT court hearing.

TRON Guy's Costume -- Banned from Movie Theater

MILLIONS have viewed his YouTube videos -- but a movie theater in Minnesota doesn't care ... because we're told they won't let TRON Guy see the new remake in the costume that made him an Internet legend.

Jay Maynard -- who's been doing the Tron Guy thing since '04 -- tells TMZ, he gave his local movie theater a heads-up that he planned to see the new "Tron" flick in his famous costume ... but for some reason, they "adamantly" insisted he wouldn't be admitted if he suited up.

We don't know why management refused -- the suit OBVIOUSLY belongs in a museum -- but Maynard believes it's because his masterpiece is "too distracting."

Sidenote -- has anyone seen his stapler?

Alleged Ashton Mistress Puts Alleged Sweater on eBay

Brittney Jones -- the woman who claims she had an affair with Ashton Kutcher -- now claims she has one of Ashton's sweaters ... and she's selling it on eBay.

Brittney posted the sweater over the weekend with an initial asking price of $500, along with this note: "This sweater was given to me after spending the night with Ashton. I no longer have any attachment to this sweater and I am hoping someone else will enjoy it."

Ashton has been adamant he had nothing to do with Jones -- and has tried blocking a sex tape featuring Jones (Ashton's not in it).? Jones is also fighting to keep the tape from going public.
