The guy who owns the bong Miley Cyrus smoked salvia out of has finally come down come to his senses ... and now he wants to sell the infamous water pipe while it's hot!

When we last checked in with Mr. Bong Owner, he was telling friends he did not want to part with the item because it held "sentimental value."

Now the term "actual value" has entered his vocabulary, and Mr. Bong Owner tell us he's now looking to cash in. He's even set up an email account to field offers -- mileycyrusbong@gmail.com -- and thinks he can get close to "five figures."

Don't hold your breath.

Vivid Prez to Meet About Buying Octomom's House

Steven Hirsch?is taking his pursuit of Octomom?one step further -- TMZ has learned the porn king is meeting today with the guy who holds the note on her house ... and he could be one step closer to being her new landlord.

As we first reported, Hirsch -- the president of the Vivid Entertainment XXX empire -- is looking into buying the $450,000 note on the Octocrib in an effort to save her from being kicked to the curb ... and at the same time helping him to "begin a relationship with Octomom."

Hirsch says he's meeting with current note-holder Amer Haddadin to get "specifics of this situation."

As we've reported, Hirsch has made numerous job offers to Octomom -- both porn and not porn -- and she's turned them all down.

Security Video Shows Alleged Mayweather Aftermath

TMZ has obtained surveillance video taken the night Floyd Mayweather Jr. allegedly roughed up his baby mama, Josie Harris -- showing Harris being wheeled off on a stretcher after seeking refuge in a security guard station.

As TMZ first reported, Mayweather allegedly blew up at Harris after he learned Harris was seeing an NBA player -- CJ Watson of the Chicago Bulls. The police report from that night details how Mayweather's kids escaped the house and ran to a nearby guard station -- and in the video, you can see all three kids entering the station.

Police cars can be seen pulling up and, about 15 minutes later, Harris can be seen being taken out on a stretcher as she clutches her head.

Mayweather was hit with eight charges from the incident and ordered to stay away from Harris and the kids. He is due back in court January 24.
