The kid busting out the insane moves in Michael Jackson's new music video "Hold My Hand" has rhythm in his blood -- because the boy is directly related to Billy Blanks -- the King of Tae Bo.

9-year-old Michael Isaac Blanks is Billy Blanks' nephew -- and the kid has been performing as an MJ wannabe for years.

In fact, just last year Michael's MJ impersonation even caught the eye of "This Is It" director Kenny Ortega -- who called Blanks "a real prodigy" at a dancing event for Nigel Lythgoe's Dizzy Feet Foundation.

Judging from the footage we got at the MJ video shoot this weekend -- Kenny knows what he's talking about.?

Leslie Nielsen's Last Movie -- In Limbo

Leslie Nielsen's last movie -- a small budget animated film -- may never see the light of day ... because after Leslie voiced his part ... producers couldn't afford to pay for the final animation.

Nielsen finished his voice work over a year ago, according to the director of the movie, Bryan Waterman. He tells TMZ that a "great deal" of production still has to be done before the movie can be released -- and by a "great deal" he means the majority of the animation.?

Waterman tells us the project has been taking donations in return for a "special thanks" at the end of the movie -- but right now they're still searching for investors.

Waterman plans on adding a dedication to Nielsen, assuming the movie ever gets finished.

Lindsay Wants Restraining Order Against Paparazzi

Lindsay Lohan believes she's being denied driving privileges because the paparazzi are constantly on her tail ... so she's asking her lawyer to get a restraining order prohibiting them from chasing her.

As we first reported, the L.A. County Probation Department -- along with the DMV -- have given Lindsay the green light to drive again. And Betty Ford was down with it as well.?

But sources involved in the decision tell TMZ ... just when Lindsay was supposed the get the keys, Betty Ford decided it was too much of a safety risk to put Lindsay behind the wheel, because the paparazzi were creating an unsafe driving situation.??

We're told Lindsay emailed her lawyer this weekend -- with pictures attached showing the paps following her -- asking the attorney to go to court for the restraining order.

Sources say no decision has been reached on whether a restraining order is a viable option.? In the meantime, Lindsay is still stuck in park.

Willie Nelson -- High Stakes in Weed Arrest

It may sound like a joke -- Willie Nelson getting busted for pot -- but the music legend could face some serious jail time ... and a pro pot group thinks they have a way to keep Willie out of the pokey.

Nelson was busted over the weekend in Texas for possession of six ounces of marijuana. A criminal defense attorney in Austin tells us 6 ounces could get Willie 6 months minimum and 2 years max.

But Bruce Margolin, director of the L.A. chapter of NORML, tells TMZ Willie has an ace in the hole -- convincing a jury he just forgot that the California-grown pot was on the bus -- and California is ok with medical marijuana.

Or he could just try the, I'm Willie Friggin' Nelson!!! defense.

Oksana to Mel: I Just Can't Quit You

TMZ has obtained emails sent from Oksana Grigorieva to Mel Gibson in the months following their nuclear argument on January 6 ... and she sounds very much like a woman scorned.

In an email sent on March 30, Oksana writes Mel, "I don't belive (sic) that u stopped loving me just in one phonecall. U either stopped loving me a long time ago or u still love me."

Oksana accuses Mel's estranged wife, Robyn, and daughter, Hanna, of turning Mel against her, writing, "...it's easier to blame the outsider, ur love, completely unpretected (sic).? So u betray me."

Oksana adds, "Love like that doesn't die so quickly."

And in another email, dated May 2, Oksana writes, "Until this morning I was still missing you so much and secretly wanted and hoped for us to be together again," adding,? "I still believed that you loved me, but now I dont. I think you knew what was going on."

In the May 2 email, Oksana goes on:? "I see now, that you seemply (sic) growen (sic) tired of me a while ago, but you were too weak to tell me."

The emails are significant, because they show a woman in hot pursuit more than someone who fears for her safety -- the latter being the reason her lawyers say she secretly taped Mel.

Famous 'Fat' Guy Gets Car Impounded

Frank Medrano is best known for playing a guy named Fat Ass in "Shawshank Redemption" -- and one named Fat Mancho in "Sleepers" -- so maybe it's a good thing the cops impounded his car Saturday night ... walking is good for you.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Medrano was pulled over for making an unsafe lane change. We're told when cops ran his license, they discovered it was suspended ... so they impounded his 2007 Cadillac for 30 days.

It's a good thing cops didn't lock him up, otherwise he'd have been yelling "I don't belong here! I want to go home!" ("Shawshank" joke. Great movie.)

Here's a turn for you. Oksana Grigorieva has accused Mel Gibson of extortion!

TMZ has obtained documents, filed in the custody case, in which Oksana's lawyers accuse Mel and his attorneys of bullying her into signing the mediation agreement, under threat of criminal prosecution for secretly taping Mel.

According to the docs, filed on July 14, Manley Freid, one of Oksana's former lawyers, argues, "These threats alone render the agreement void.? In fact, these baseless threats and the level of coercion throughout the mediation constitute extortion."

Freid indignantly goes on:? "For [Oksana] to be falsely accused of engaging in illegal activity by recording rage-filled and threatening telephone calls from a man who had brutally abused her and threatened to kill her is deplorable."

Heidi Fleiss might have to break out her little black book again -- because the fire that ravaged her home on Thanksgiving is gonna set her back some serious cash.

Fleiss tells TMZ the fire caused more than $60,000 worth of damage -- she lost the entire guest house (where she keeps her birds), almost all her clothes, and her Tempur-Pedic mattress was ruined.

The former madame says her 20 birds are all safe and she has to make sure she boards off the bird room so that no toxic vapors harm her fine feathered friends.

MJ Music Video -- Little Michael Does His Thing

The music video for Michael Jackson's song with Akon features dozens of extras ... but only one of them is a pint-sized version of MJ.

TMZ obtained video and photos taken last week from the set of the video for "Hold My Hand." One Jackson fan was featured doing a few of MJ's famous dance moves. You can hear another fan say about the kid, "That there is the opportunity of a lifetime."

As we first reported, a group of MJ fans were recruited to walk into an open airport hangar -- meant to symbolize "walking into the light" (see the pics below).

A source on the set told us the director was telling people the video would air on ABC on December 6.

Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva were in a legal brawl over Oxycodone ... TMZ has learned.

We've obtained court documents in which Mel's lawyers were trying to get hold of Oksana's medical records -- specifically records from CVS pharmacy, after Mel found a bottle of Oxycodone prescribed to Oksana.

Mel's lawyers argued ... by lawfully finding the bottle and seeing the information on the prescription bottle, Oksana waived her right of privacy, and that Mel had a right to see exactly how may prescriptions CVS had been filling.

Oksana's lawyers bristled, arguing right back that Mel was on a "fishing expedition" and that the information was "irrelevant."

MTV Slams Writer -- We Didn't Rip Off 'Jersey Shore'

MTV is blasting a screen writer who claims the network jacked his idea for "Jersey Shore" -- and just to prove they mean business ... they're dragging "My Cousin Vinny" into the fight.

The writer, Christopher Gambale, claims he came up with a show called "Guidos: The Reality Series" back in 2006 which would focus on "stereotypical guidos and guidettes" doing things like "GTL before hitting the clubs."

Dude says he pitched the idea to MTV ... but never got a response -- until he sent them a letter threatening to sue.

Now, MTV has fired off a letter of their own -- denying the accusations and insisting the portrayal of stereotypical Italians in Hollywood is nothing new ... citing examples like, "My Cousin Vinny," "Saturday Night Fever," and "Growing Up Gotti."

MTV also claims they've been in the business of guidos since 2004 -- when they ran a special called, "True Life: I'm a Jersey Girl" ... which featured "tan young men with spiked hair and tight shirts."

MTV is demanding Gambale better not file a lawsuit ... or else they'll hit him with all the legal firepower they've got. Gambale tells us he's not afraid.

Capri Anderson has men lining up to pay her legal bills in her battle against Charlie Sheen -- at least according to a dating website for sugar daddies ... and they're willing to give her an all-access pass.

MyGirlFund.com -- a "girl-centric social network that allows women to interact with generous men to meet whatever personal goals they may have" -- sent Capri the letter Wednesday, offering to raise money to pay her legal bills.

The letter acknowledges Capri has "terrible luck meeting men in person" ... so it only makes sense she should seek financial help from of a bunch of random, anonymous Internet users.

What could possibly go wrong?

After going through half of the white pages in search of a lawyer, Oksana Grigorieva has decided to take up the study of law.

Oksana is plowing through a real page turner -- "California Practice Guide -- Family Law."

The collection is actually a gift we're told ... from lawyer #39 and still standing, Daniel Horowitz.?

And how's this for a strange connection.? One of the authors of the law books is Kenneth A. Black, one of the judges in Oksana's mediation with Mel Gibson.? Oksana has accused Black and everyone else involved in the mediation of strong-arming her into signing an agreement she never read or understood.

No word if they plan on turning the book into a movie, or if Mel Liam Neeson will star.

Oksana's Manager: She 'Pushed Mel's Buttons'

The man Mel Gibson hired to manage Oksana Grigorieva's singing career claims she's a two-faced opportunist who was constantly "pushing [Mel's] buttons" ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Michael Lustig submitted a declaration for Mel in the child custody case -- in which Lustig claims despite Mel's efforts, Oksana never showed an ounce of gratitude.

In the document, Lustig states, "In my experience, Ms. Grigorieva's disposition is generally anxious, depressed and uneasy, and she constantly 'digs' at Mr. Gibson and pushes his buttons."

Lustig adds, Oksana would become a "dark" person when she would argue with Mel? ... noting he could often hear her yell at him ... and her words were "sharp, pointed and nasty."

As for little Lucia -- Lustig claims he once advised Oksana to cancel a trip to Moscow because of a terrorist attack in the city ... but she left Lucia behind and traveled anyway.

Oksana survived the trip.? As for the custody case ....

Capri: I Didn't Pimp XXX Site After Sheen Incident

Capri Anderson did not log onto her XXX website to publish a statement about Charlie Sheen in the wake of the hotel incident ... so says Capri's webmaster -- who also claims HE wrote the message.

Right after the meltdown, a message appeared on?Capri's official porn site saying, "I just want everyone to know what [sic] I'm fine." The message then points out a new low monthly membership price.

Sheen's lawyers -- Yale Galanter and Marty Singer -- have since claimed the message strengthens their case ... because it shows Capri was "fine" after the incident.

But TMZ spoke to the owner of the website, Kevin Noonan, who tells us a member of his web team -- NOT CAPRI -- decided to add the blurb in an effort to "round up some extra sales and cash in."

Noonan -- who owns 15 other naughty websites -- says Capri has "zero access" to the site ... adding, "Can you imagine what would happen if we gave [the models] access to their own websites day to day?"

Surveillance Video of Murdered Publicist

TMZ has obtained a private investigator's surveillance video of murdered publicist Ronni Chasen driving a mystery Mercedes, and the video was shot just weeks before she was gunned down in Beverly Hills.

The video shows Chasen leaving her Beverly Hills condo building on October 28, at 7:55 AM. Chasen is seen driving a black, 4-door Mercedes, with paper license plates. Sources tell us Chasen did not own the car. She was murdered 19 days later in a 2-door Mercedes, the one she owned. We don't know who owned the 4-door.?

As for the video, it was shot by a private investigator who was staking out the building for a client who was in a legal dispute with a resident living in Ronni's building. The P.I. tells TMZ Ronni had no connection to the dispute.

The investigator also tells TMZ his client asked that he shoot video of everyone coming into the building and leaving it -- which is why he captured Ronni on tape.

TMZ has given the Beverly Hills Police Department a copy of the video, which detectives are now analyzing.

TMZ has learned one of the "Oprah" audience members who just won a brand new car -- and a bunch of other awesome stuff -- is stealing a move from O's playbook ... and plans to give away some of the goodies to other people who "deserve it."

We spoke to Nikki Ivey -- who walked away from "Oprah's Ultimate Favorite Things" episode with everything from cookware, to jewelery to music and of course a brand new Volkswagon Beetle -- but she told us she isn't keeping everything.

Ivey says she plans to give away some of the items to deserving people -- a la Oprah -- and plans to sell some of the stuff off to raise money for her church.?

However, there's one item she ain't so eager to part with. Ivey says she had been praying for a car ever since her truck hit the 200,000 mile mark ... so she's gonna hang on to the Beetle.

But Ivey says ... because her prayers had been answered, she felt it would be "right" to sell off some of the gifts so she could donate to her church.

Ivey says she'll be figuring out who gets what sometime in the next few weeks.

Michael Jackson's new music video for "Hold My Hand" will be to die for ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell TMZ a shoot for the MJ/Akon music video took place yesterday at an airplane hanger in Tustin, CA -- and it involved a whole bunch of extras ... and a very heavenly theme.

We're told the group of extras -- which included a bunch of die-hard MJ fans -- were asked to gather outside the hanger ... and when the giant doors opened, the place was pitch black ... except for one bright light at the end.

Our spies says the extras were then asked to walk towards the light ... symbolizing their journey into heaven.

Should be one hell heck of a music video.

Kelly Ripa's 9-year-old daughter scored an awesome gig to appear on an episode of "Hannah Montana" -- but according to her contract ... producers wanted something from mommy in return.

Because her daughter is a minor, Kelly had to file Lola Consuelos' TV contract with the court so a judge could approve the deal ... and according to the docs, Lola made $810 for one day's work.

But in the contract, "Hannah" producers specified the whole deal was "contingent on Kelly Ripa's appearance" on the very same episode as her daughter.

In Hollywood, it ain't what ya know ...

Tony Parker's Lawyer Blindsides Eva Longoria

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker both want their divorce to go smoothly, but Tony's sudden move Friday to file his own divorce papers angered Eva and complicated the process.

TMZ broke the story ... Tony filed his own divorce papers in Texas, just days after Eva filed in California. Sources tell us Eva's side had absolutely no idea Tony's lawyer filed the docs -- and, we're told, Eva was "very upset" when she found out.

According to our sources, both Tony and Eva want their prenup enforced. But when Eva's lawyer filed the divorce papers, the attorney checked the box that reserved Eva's right to collect spousal support -- something we're told is inconsistent with their prenup.

Sources say ... since Tony's lawyer felt Eva's divorce papers left open the possibility she would challenge the prenup, he wanted to protect his client by filing in Texas, which several experts tell us could be beneficial to Tony in terms of enforcing the prenup.

In the end, sources connected with the couple us Eva and Tony are in sync -- all was calm on Sunday -- but right now there are two divorce petitions in two states, and someone's gotta give.

Oksana Grigorieva was spotted out and about on Sunday -- meeting with her legal team and preparing for her legal showdown today with Mel Gibson.

As we first reported, Mel Gibson will? show up in court telegraph how serious he is ... trying to wrestle custody from Oksana on grounds she is not acting in the best interests of Lucia. He's also asking the judge to deny Oksana overnight visits, and granting her supervised visitation.

Mel and Oksana, face-to-face again ... should be an interesting day in court.

As we first reported, Dina's production company is making a movie about a group of heroin addicts ... and her son, Michael Jr., is set to play the lead.

Sources close to the Lohans tell TMZ ... when Dina was shopping the script around town, it ended up in the hands of a friend of Michael's. We're told when Michael got wind of it, he asked his friend to help in financing the flick ... and the friend gladly accepted.

According to our sources, Michael saw it as an olive branch to his ex.

Mel Gibson Almost Calls the Cops on Oksana

Mel Gibson almost called the cops on Oksana Grigorieva today because she would not turn baby Lucia over per the custody agreement ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Mel's nanny arrived at the scheduled time of 10:00 AM to pick up the baby for her overnight visit, but Oksana would not answer the door.

We're told as the stand-off continued, things got heated and Mel -- who was not at Oksana's place -- was one step away from calling the cops.? At noon, Oksana finally released the baby to the nanny.

Sources connected with Oksana tell this story -- Lucia was returned late by Mel's nanny earlier in the week so this was a pre-arranged make-good.

As we first reported, Mel's lawyers will ask Judge Scott Gordon on Monday to strip Oksana of custody and overnights, and give her supervised visitation.?

Oksana Grigorieva wanted to disavow her $15 million settlement with Mel Gibson because she felt Mel would pay a lot more to avoid the bad publicity ... this, according to a text message obtained by TMZ.

The text -- sent on June 2, 2010 from Oksana to Eric George, the lawyer who negotiated her $15 million mediation package? -- is riddled with buyer's remorse, complaining that George never told her about a domestic violence claim, which could have upped the ante.

Underscoring how important the tapes were during the mediation, Oksana says, "Forget about the tapes for the moment. This is the case of domestic violence."? The point -- no one raised the issue of domestic violence during the mediation -- it was about the tapes.

Oksana explains to George her relationship with Mel ended "because of Mels (sic) domestic violence, the only reason and the fact, with proof, and I run away to save my children."

Then Oksana lays her cards on the table:? "If the opposition is buying my silence, please, we have to renegotiate the custody portion and to secure the monetory (sic)."

Also in the text, Oksana makes it clear she knows her strongest bargaining chip: "He doesn't want this publicity."

Oksana ends the text by saying, "I have lots of questions about the moneytory (sic) part also, i'd (sic) like us to get together and discus (sic) everything," adding, "I'm not bluffing."

Law enforcement sources say the text is part of the L.A. County Sheriff's Department's extortion investigation, to determine if Oksana used the tapes to score the $15 million package.? The theory: After signing the agreement, Oksana got greedy and decided she could get more by adding a fresh domestic violence claim.

Lindsay Lohan made the choice to leave her latest film project, not the other way around ... sources close to LiLo tell TMZ.

It's been reported today that Lindsay was fired from the planned Linda Lovelace biopic "Inferno." But sources who have spoken to Lindsay within the last hour tell us Lindsay decided to drop out from the film so that she could focus more on her recovery.

We're told Lindsay felt the project no longer felt right -- but that her and the director, Matthew Wilder, remain on good terms and hope to work together in the future.

Michael Lohan Spends Week at Rehab; Dina to Follow?

Lindsay Lohan and her father Michael spent the entire week together at Betty Ford -- and if Michael gets his wish ... soon Dina will be joining them.

Sources tell TMZ Michael arrived at BF on Monday and has been there throughout the week as part of their family week. We're told in the early part of the week, Lindsay and Michael each went through therapy sessions ... but not with each other.

According to our sources, the two began doing sessions together on Wednesday. One session simply included the two of them and a counselor -- another session involved a larger group.

We're told counselors at Betty Ford, as well as Lindsay and Michael, want Dina to join in on the sessions during family week next month.

Sources close to Dina tell us that so far she hasn't been asked -- and that she wants no part of a therapy session with Michael. But reps for Betty Ford tell us they wouldn't have to see each other -- it's S.O.P. to put family members in separate groups.?

As for the rest of Michael's week with LiLo... on Thursday night, Michael was spotted out with Lindsay (above) -- we're told Michael treated Lindsay and a few of her friends from rehab to dinner.

And how's this for a small world ... we're told Michael bumped into a Betty Ford employee in the halls that he recognized from when he was a patient there back in 1989.

So sad. You can't even trust people around your spouse. It takes two for an affair, but it's the female that gives the green light. No doubt that she made the first move, because if Tony hit on her, she could have easily told Eva about it. Dancers Allege Discrimination in MJ Video Shoot

The people casting the new MJ music video have made it clear they won't hire anyone belonging to a union-esque group called "Dancers Alliance" -- but TMZ has learned the DA is claiming it's pure "discrimination."

The casting notice for the "Hold My Hand" video calls for 10 professional dancers (ages 15-25) ... but specifically states that they won't hire anyone from the "Dancer's Alliance" ... a group dedicated to protecting dancer's wages and working conditions.

TMZ spoke with a rep from the group who tells us that cutting out D.A. dancers "suggests that the production is discriminating against dancers who are educated and support both their community and their agents."

The rep tells us that as long as a company offers "equitable rates" and the project has been cleared with the agents -- then the D.A. has no issues with allowing their members to dance.

Calls to the music video producers have not been returned.

Akon not only?disagrees with Will I.Am's criticism that the release of the new MJ album is "disrespectful" ... Akon believes Michael would have WANTED it to come out.

Akon was at LAX yesterday ... and told us that working with Michael on the song "Hold My Hand" was a "dream come true ... it was epic."

As for Will's comments, Akon says he "honestly disagrees" ... adding, "I don't see anything disrespectful about it ... these albums would have come out if [MJ] was alive or dead so I think this helps to keep his legacy alive."

Based on all the fans who rated the song a 10-out-of-10 on our poll ... we think the public agrees with Akon.
