TMZ has obtained emails sent from Oksana Grigorieva to Mel Gibson in the months following their nuclear argument on January 6 ... and she sounds very much like a woman scorned.

In an email sent on March 30, Oksana writes Mel, "I don't belive (sic) that u stopped loving me just in one phonecall. U either stopped loving me a long time ago or u still love me."

Oksana accuses Mel's estranged wife, Robyn, and daughter, Hanna, of turning Mel against her, writing, "...it's easier to blame the outsider, ur love, completely unpretected (sic).? So u betray me."

Oksana adds, "Love like that doesn't die so quickly."

And in another email, dated May 2, Oksana writes, "Until this morning I was still missing you so much and secretly wanted and hoped for us to be together again," adding,? "I still believed that you loved me, but now I dont. I think you knew what was going on."

In the May 2 email, Oksana goes on:? "I see now, that you seemply (sic) growen (sic) tired of me a while ago, but you were too weak to tell me."

The emails are significant, because they show a woman in hot pursuit more than someone who fears for her safety -- the latter being the reason her lawyers say she secretly taped Mel.

Here's a turn for you. Oksana Grigorieva has accused Mel Gibson of extortion!

TMZ has obtained documents, filed in the custody case, in which Oksana's lawyers accuse Mel and his attorneys of bullying her into signing the mediation agreement, under threat of criminal prosecution for secretly taping Mel.

According to the docs, filed on July 14, Manley Freid, one of Oksana's former lawyers, argues, "These threats alone render the agreement void.? In fact, these baseless threats and the level of coercion throughout the mediation constitute extortion."

Freid indignantly goes on:? "For [Oksana] to be falsely accused of engaging in illegal activity by recording rage-filled and threatening telephone calls from a man who had brutally abused her and threatened to kill her is deplorable."

After going through half of the white pages in search of a lawyer, Oksana Grigorieva has decided to take up the study of law.

Oksana is plowing through a real page turner -- "California Practice Guide -- Family Law."

The collection is actually a gift we're told ... from lawyer #39 and still standing, Daniel Horowitz.?

And how's this for a strange connection.? One of the authors of the law books is Kenneth A. Black, one of the judges in Oksana's mediation with Mel Gibson.? Oksana has accused Black and everyone else involved in the mediation of strong-arming her into signing an agreement she never read or understood.

No word if they plan on turning the book into a movie, or if Mel Liam Neeson will star.

Oksana Grigorieva was spotted out and about on Sunday -- meeting with her legal team and preparing for her legal showdown today with Mel Gibson.

As we first reported, Mel Gibson will? show up in court telegraph how serious he is ... trying to wrestle custody from Oksana on grounds she is not acting in the best interests of Lucia. He's also asking the judge to deny Oksana overnight visits, and granting her supervised visitation.

Mel and Oksana, face-to-face again ... should be an interesting day in court.

Mel Gibson Almost Calls the Cops on Oksana

Mel Gibson almost called the cops on Oksana Grigorieva today because she would not turn baby Lucia over per the custody agreement ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Mel's nanny arrived at the scheduled time of 10:00 AM to pick up the baby for her overnight visit, but Oksana would not answer the door.

We're told as the stand-off continued, things got heated and Mel -- who was not at Oksana's place -- was one step away from calling the cops.? At noon, Oksana finally released the baby to the nanny.

Sources connected with Oksana tell this story -- Lucia was returned late by Mel's nanny earlier in the week so this was a pre-arranged make-good.

As we first reported, Mel's lawyers will ask Judge Scott Gordon on Monday to strip Oksana of custody and overnights, and give her supervised visitation.?

Should be interesting ...

Oksana Grigorieva wanted to disavow her $15 million settlement with Mel Gibson because she felt Mel would pay a lot more to avoid the bad publicity ... this, according to a text message obtained by TMZ.

The text -- sent on June 2, 2010 from Oksana to Eric George, the lawyer who negotiated her $15 million mediation package? -- is riddled with buyer's remorse, complaining that George never told her about a domestic violence claim, which could have upped the ante.

Underscoring how important the tapes were during the mediation, Oksana says, "Forget about the tapes for the moment. This is the case of domestic violence."? The point -- no one raised the issue of domestic violence during the mediation -- it was about the tapes.

Oksana explains to George her relationship with Mel ended "because of Mels (sic) domestic violence, the only reason and the fact, with proof, and I run away to save my children."

Then Oksana lays her cards on the table:? "If the opposition is buying my silence, please, we have to renegotiate the custody portion and to secure the monetory (sic)."

Also in the text, Oksana makes it clear she knows her strongest bargaining chip: "He doesn't want this publicity."

Oksana ends the text by saying, "I have lots of questions about the moneytory (sic) part also, i'd (sic) like us to get together and discus (sic) everything," adding, "I'm not bluffing."

Law enforcement sources say the text is part of the L.A. County Sheriff's Department's extortion investigation, to determine if Oksana used the tapes to score the $15 million package.? The theory: After signing the agreement, Oksana got greedy and decided she could get more by adding a fresh domestic violence claim.

Emails Say Oksana Was Intimate with Bodyguard

Team Oksana Grigorieva lied to TMZ when they denied she had an intimate relationship with her convicted felon/former bodyguard ... at least according to several emails between the bodyguard and Oksana's lawyer.? But Oksana's lawyers say there's more to the story.

TMZ broke the story .... Kristian Herzog -- who has served time in jail for impersonating a cop -- claimed to have been in an intimate relationship with Oksana that began in May. Oksana's lawyer, Dan Horowitz, told TMZ last month -- with Oksana looking on -- Herzog's claim was "ridiculous".

But TMZ has obtained an email Herzog sent to Martin Garbus, another one of Oksana's lawyers, on November 6. The email reads: "Martin: Do you agree that Team Oksana at some point, needs to admit Oksana and Dan LIED to TMZ and you need to tell TMZ the truth that in fact Oksana and I were intimate?"

The next morning, Garbus responded with one word: "Yes."

Dan Horowitz explains the emails this way: "Marty's job was to placate Kris, because once he got cut out of Oksana's world completely, we assessed him to be a clear and present danger to her life. By stringing him along and making him feel important, we hoped that he would just fade away rather than explode and hurt somebody."

TMZ has also obtained photos (above) showing Oksana in a nightgown, sitting on a bed with Herzog at her home. But Horowitz tells us the pictures were taken during a PEOPLE magazine photo shoot and were in no way intimate.

The judge in the custody case issued a restraining order against Herzog last month, concluding he was a danger to Lucia and prohibiting him from going near her.

Oksana: Mel Was Cheating on Me

Oksana Grigorieva believes Mel Gibson was cheating on her with multiple women during their relationship -- and now she wants to take it a step further and ask the women if the actor ever attacked them ... in an effort to prove Mel is too violent to be around their daughter.

TMZ knows of no evidence Mel had relations with any women while he was with Oksana much less any evidence he was violent.

Nevertheless, Oksana's attorney, Dan Horowitz, tells TMZ his team has hired an investigator to track down at least four women whom Oksana believes may have had secret relations with Mel.

We're told Oksana's team wants someone to come forward and say Mel was violent toward them.? The end game for Oksana -- trying to prove Mel is far too dangerous to be around 1-year-old Lucia.

The judge in the custody case has been unmoved by Oksana's arguments to date and has given Mel full visitation rights.

And get this ... Horowitz tells TMZ he's provided a soundtrack to keep his investigator motivated ... complete with the song, "Looking for Love In All the Wrong Places."

Mel Gibson didn't utter a word to Oksana Grigorieva during his deposition Monday ... and Oksana gave Mel the same silent treatment ... sources tell TMZ.

Mel was asked a wide range of questions during the marathon depo, with Oksana looking on and huddling with her lawyers, suggesting questions.

And here's a shocker ... Mel's deposition was videotaped! Although the tapes, we're told, will be watermarked to trace any leak, nothing in this case has stayed secret.

As for Mel's demeanor, we're told he never lost his cool but did become annoyed from time to time.

We're told Mel asserted his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination on issues related to the domestic violence investigation.

And sources say ... Oksana's lawyers were not able to play the now-infamous tapes she secretly recorded.

In a word -- we're told the deposition was "contentious."

TMZ has learned ...Oksana Grigorieva will be front and center at Mel Gibson's deposition Monday -- the first time Oksana and Mel have been face-to-face since the custody war erupted.

Oksana's lawyer, Daniel Horowitz, tells TMZ Oksana will be "an active participant" in the deposition and will even write out questions for Horowitz to ask.?

Horowitz says Oksana will be very involved, taking notes and strategizing as the depo goes on.

The wild card -- will Mel keep his temper in check??

Let know us by sources close to the offer, Playboy is willing to fork on a charge of $75,000 for his trouble - and to soften the agreement, they are even willing to give Oksana coverage... a very tempting gesture for a struggling musician seeking non-Mel advertisement.

So far no word if Oksana considering moving - but with its important legal debt, it could be the perfect opportunity.

We have for the first time, a key witness in the case against Mel will be the Oksana dentist, Mr. Ross Shelden.Dr Sheldon takes photographs of faces of Oksana in the aftermath of the so-called eruption on January 6, although peaks do no injury or écraser.Et show as we reported, Mr. Sheldon has flip flopped on its medical assessment - you ask, then hesitated and then re-claiming Oksana was struck in the mouth.

Sources we tell Mel legal team filed an application last week to overturned Mr. Sheldon.

After filing, Dr. Sheldon should not expect a lollipop.

Oksana Grigorieva has registered a secret weapon in an attempt to strip Mel Gibson visits day agenda with their daughter, but TMZ has learned that Mel renounce this right without fighting.

We said Mel lawyers filed a request to reversed Dr. Shawn McCoy, who specializes in child custody evaluations licensed clinical social worker.

Sources say McCoy was hired by one of the lawyers earlier Oksana - and presented a statement before the Tribunal... who said that, generally speaking, infants are not with father during the night when the parents are separated.

Oksana lawyers may have some difficult to convince the Judge Scott Gordon qui.Nous said Mel had one visit during the night with Lucia weekly for several months and was there was no problem - so his lawyers argue that the generalization of the McCoy simply applies here.

Yesterday sources tell us that judge Gordon gave the go-ahead for the depo Mel lawyers.

Mel Gibson should be a fan of Oksana Grigorieva new lawyer, Lisa Bloom - because unlike the cavalcade of lawyers trying to paste Mel with the Oksana legal bills...Bloom works for free.

Bloom tells TMZ she decided to work pro bono Oksana, because she thought it was important to support a victim of domestic violence (presumed).

Bloom, says his company and will continue to work to Oksana during the entire duration of the case.

Things are in progress, which should be the year 2048.

Oksana Grigorieva the latest addition to its legal team is denouncing the after our story yesterday - Oksana had at least 39 lawyers working for it in its legal war with Mel Gibson - claiming Mel has an armada of lawyers and others trying to stomp low Oksana.

Lisa Bloom claims "Mel has a fleet of highly aggressive law firms struggle against him at every turn, with one that is called a" 450 + lawyer business litigation firm - the largest in the United States devoted exclusively to commercial disputes. "???

Although the current war is care, support and alleged crimes and not commercial disputes, bloom adds, "" is that at least four known large firms behind the scenes, as well as advertisers, marketing and public relations agencies.""Bloom said, "Oksana is a single mother of two who went to fighting for simple justice debt."

TMZ broke the story... at least 18 of the Oksana lawyers presented bills the court totaling more than $ 1,000,000, and they asked the judge to Mel to foot the Bill.

Bloom said that oksana was "only a handful" of various firms in this case, adding, "even though sometimes other counsel in their businesses may be pitching."Bloom said: "This is totally wrong to say that she had 39 lawyers."We've listed all 39 lawyers - Bloom said no 39, she believes only functioned on the case.
