Erin Andrews is back on the trail of war on several images of the video of his infamous naked Judas (and illegally shot) - after she discovered a website that refused to drop down the peaks.
More than a year after the video surfaced first, Erin claims that it can still be found images on TheDirty .com - has his lawyer to fire off the coast of a letter demanding site wipe in cyberspace.
Of the letter - obtained by TMZ - Erin claims counsel the dirty "illegally" displays the pictures because "these images copyright belongs to Ms. Andrews" - and display exclusively, constitutes them an infringement of privacy.
Erin Advocate wants the Dirty to erase all traces stills can leave behind - by 86'ing "of all search engine database, including, but not limited to, Google"... or facing a severe action.
So far, that the sale people do not seem to care - indeed, after having received the letter... they rebroadcast the peaks at the top of their site.
