The guy whose car become entangled with Eva Longoria's think "Desperate Housewives" Star is solely to blame for their smash up - and he prepares to prosecute.
Sanjay Sobti lawyer tells TMZ retained by Roman Gasparyan (aka the other driver) claiming his client was arrested in the middle way on Hollywood Boulevard, waiting to turn.
Sobti says Longoria made a turn suddenly in the middle way and broken in Gasparyan, passing through the median and almost hit another conducteur.Sobti claims an eyewitness said Longoria eyes "were red and bloodshot.
He says that his client suffered back and pain in the neck, severe headaches, anxiety and complications of hypertension .Sobti, said that it will file a civil lawsuit this week.
But our law enforcement sources tell a radically different story... the other driver stopped abruptly and Eva could not avoid the impact.
A representative for Longoria had no comment.
